Wilson is a lawyer with a specialised focus on technology, finance, commerce, and international dispute resolution. His expertise is highlighted by his status as a Tech Lawyer, International Arbitrator, and Mediator.
His educational background is distinguished by international training, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Syracuse University in New York, USA, and certifications such as a CEDR Commercial Mediator qualification from the UK. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Ho Chi Minh City Law University and a Bachelor of International Business Administration from Foreign Trade University.
Wilson’s practice is concentrated in several key areas:
- Digital economy: Advising on the intersection of Technology Law, Finance, E-commerce, and Intellectual Property, with specific counsel on AI, Privacy, Big Data, and Blockchain.
